At SilkoraLux we stand behind every product in our collection. Your satisfaction matters deeply to us and we are committed to making sure every order meets the standard of quality you expect from us. If something is not right — we will make it right.


Returns

We accept returns for defective or damaged products only within 14 days of the delivery date. If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from what was described — we will resolve it immediately and completely at no cost to you.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse. We encourage all customers to read product descriptions carefully before purchasing and to reach out to us before ordering if you have any questions about a product.


How To Request A Return

If you believe your product is defective or damaged please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing tudorrazvan717@gmail.com with the following:

  • ✅ Your order number
  • ✅ A clear description of the issue
  • ✅ Photos or video showing the defect or damage

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and respond with a resolution. We do not require you to ship defective products back to us — in most cases we will offer you a full refund or a free replacement sent directly to your door.


Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved you will receive one of the following resolutions at our discretion based on the nature of the issue:

Full Refund — A complete refund of the purchase price returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.

Free Replacement — A brand new replacement product shipped to you at absolutely no additional cost with no need to return the original item.

We always aim to offer the resolution that is fastest and most convenient for you.


Exchanges

We do not offer product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product please place a new order through our store and contact us regarding your original order so we can assist you appropriately.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition
  • Products returned more than 14 days after the delivery date
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions

Shipping & Delivery Issues

International shipments occasionally experience customs delays that are outside our control — we will always investigate and resolve delivery issues as quickly as possible.
